Que tal amigos del YorBestBody...
Es para mi impresionante y valorar el esfuerzo que hacen muchos de mis compañeros para poder definir
Para mi es realmente un reto poder definir y sobre todo el abdomen.
Mi resultado fue que baje 7kg y 5% de grasa... Dando como total 76kg y 19% de grasa.
Aún así estoy contento y estoy feliz porque mi salud está genial y mi rendimiento en el trabajo y en mi deporté es único.
Durante el reto tome todos los productos y los tome como el video que viene en la página "el uso del producto"
Por primera vez incorpore el súper slim.
Y el deporte que desarrolle durante todo el reto fue Jiu jitsu 4 veces por semana, 1hra 30min. Y agregaba al final del entrenamiento. 50 lagartijas y 50 abdominales.
