Hola soy estrella y estoy encantada con el reto... Empece pesando 78 kilos y ahora estoy en 70 estos kilos que baje han hecho gran diferencia en mi vida, me siento mucho mejor, con más energía algunos de los problemas de salud que tenía, han ido desapareciendo, al empezar el día yo tomo mis probioticos, y mi malteada, para aminorar el dolor del gym, tomo el repair, en el día tomo el berry para tener energía durante todo el día, y mis vitaminas, y con cada comida el digest, además de incluir mi fibra una vez por día...
