bueno yo les platico un poco de donde vengo, yo jugaba futbol americano y en el 2004 desafortunadamente me lesione la rodilla derecha (ruptura de ligamentos, meniscos, rotula), entonces fue un periodo largo en el cual no podia hacer ejercicio, y de echo ya no volvi a jugar, eso me hizo aumentar de peso hasta llegar a 130k, y asi arranque probando los productos y sin hacer nada extra baje 8 kilos, cuando arranque el reto estaba pesando ya menos y queria bajar 5 kilos, logre bajar 3, pero ahi empeze a hacer algo de natacion y bicicleta, la vdd me siento muy bien porque he podido recuperar algo de mi condicion fisica y pronto estare en forma
