Durante mi reto tome MRP en el desayuno y en la cena, probioticos en la mañana antes de la malteada, complete burn, super slim y vitaminas media hora antes de desayunar y comer

Hago ejercicio cinco dias a la semana y descanso dos.

Me dio mucho gusto hacer este reto porque aunque ya lo he hecho antes esta vez fue diferente porque mi hermano se unio a mi y estuvo conmigo entrenando durante casi todo el reto, asi que el reto me ha ayudado a tener mejores relaciones con las personas que son importantes en mi vida.

Tengo mas energia, mejor humor, mayor rendimiento en mis actividades diarias y ahora puedo hacer y disfrutar cosas que antes por el exceso de peso no podia y me limitaba de convivir con mi hermano porque no podia hacer lo que el hace, ahora participo con el y mi familia y amigos en las actividades que a todos nos gustan
