Me siento muy contento por que este es mi reto numero 5 y lo empece y ya había dejando de un poco de hacer ejercicio cuando pesaba 109kg y empece el reto de 8 semanas me dijeron que lo más difícil era mantenerse y la verdad no ha sido nada difícil gracias que sigo tomando mis suplementos de YOR...
