Hi. I'm Maricruz Pichardo. I just completed my first cycle of the challenge. I feel confident, happy and proud of myself. I come from an obese family, plus I am now 7 months postpartum. Overweight has always being a problem for me. I bought almost everything over the counter to loose weight. Spending money, waisting my time and lying to myself. During my pregnancy I was pre- diabetic and had high blood pressure because of my weight. At that moment I knew pregnancy would be easy for me if I was not overweight. At that moment I realized that I needed to do something with my life. Not only to look good, also for my health and my daughter. I take Yor Probiotics and Complete Burn before breakfast. Yor shake mid morning and mid afternoon to control my hunger. Super slim 40 minutes before lunch and dinner. Yor Digest Ultra and Yor essential vitamins with my lunch and dinner. I exercise 2 or 3 days a week. Today I can say It was a good decision to join the 8 weeks challenge. I am not in my final weight yet, but I'm closer. I want to thank God first, this is on his hands.
