This is my fourth cycle with YOR Health and I am happy with the results. I decided to do only body weight training and kept it intense. With YOR Health products it really adds huge value to the body and I'm so thankful for this company. As a result I reached 68.1kg of the 68kg I had set as a goal. It's the leanest I've been. I also managed to sculpt my body fairly well. I feel this challenge has been a big mindset shift. I am definitely more positive and grateful in life. My favorite product has always been the Repair and Super Greens.
I work out at the 3-4 days a week for about 30 mins and do more when I can. Thanks to YOR Health I am always excited to live to my fullest potential and inspire others. The 8 week Challenge has helped me create a belief to set bigger goals and constantly seek improvement.
