Debido a mis estudios, no gozo de mucho tiempo para mi persona, antes solo hacia ejercicio como metodo para liberar estres y si lograba bajar algunos gramos, pero asi mismo mis habitos alimenticios no son los mejores, si al dia comia 2 veces al dia era mucho y no consistian en comidas balanceadas, generalmente eran cargadas de carbohidratos y comida basura.
Hoy termino mi reto, mi peso anterior era 56 kg, actualente peso 53.2 kg, usando MRP la cual tomaba dos veces al dia, probiotic ultra tomando una por dia y digestive ultra dos veces al dia , logre bajar estos kilos.Hubiera querido dedicar mayor tiempo al ejercicio pero no me fue posible por lo cual solo realizaba 3 veces a la semana por 50 min.
