Hey my name is Owen and this is my second 8 week challenge I done but the first I entered and finished.
I was really happy with the results I got. I didn't train as much as I wanted but with the help of Yor Health products I got amazing results. I lost unwanted fat and toned up which what I was after :)

Upon waking up I would have my Yor Berry Blast, Yor SuperGreens, Yor Fiber plus and my to vitamins to help me through my day. After a hard workout I would have my chocolate or vanilla shake. Then just before bed I would have my Yor Ultra Repair and Yor Probiotics.

I go to gym 6 days a week and with Yor Health product line I have been able to push my body past it's limits. Breaking all my personal best records in the gym or on the street.
