I've always been very skinny and never even considered taking health supplements. I thought that because I was skinny, it meant I was healthy, however using the products has opened my eyes to what being healthy really is.
The products, especially the fiber and digestive tablets have really assisted me in my digestive health. I never thought my stomach could get even flatter!!
I was really slack throughout the challenge and didn't change my diet at all. I only exercised once a week (if that!!). I did find that my energy improved a lot, and I wasn't run down all the time.
I feel so much more confident in my body, knowing that I can tone up and gain some more muscle. If I can achieve these results by doing nothing but take products, I'd love to see what I can achieve if I add in some weight training!
