Hi Yor Health community, this was my first 8week challenge and I found the Yor Health product amazing.
Being a mother of two I found the products really boosted my energy and motivation levels.
Getting fit feels fantastic and i've shredded my maternal body back into shape.
My before weight was 57Kgs and my current weight is 54.5Kgs.
My daily routine was the Pro biotic and body repair shake first thing in the morning, Mid- morning super greens, Digestive tablet with my lunch, Berry blast with shake in the afternoon, another digestive tablet with my dinner and my body repair tablet before bed.
My personal favourite was the Berry blast which gave me the energy to comfortably work out and get back into shape.
The 8 week challenge has given me the inspiration to be healthier and happier women.
I would definitely recommend Yor Health products to anyone thinking about getting back into shape.
