As an athlete with the goal of making the Australian Rowing Team and representing my country at an Olympic games having my body in peak state at all times is something I value incredibly.
Over the years of training I've realised that no matter how much you train or how hard you train if you are not fueling your body the right way you might as well be walking the dog! So when my friend showed me the Yor Health product range and showed me the results of athletes already using the products I knew I had to give them a shot.
Over the 8 weeks I continued my normal weight training programme of 3 sessions per week alongside my on water sessions in the boat and what I found was my body was simply using the food I was consuming more efficiently. I was taking the Supergreens, MRP, Fibre and berry blast in a shake in the morning and it would just set me up for a good session. I felt like it took me longer to "hit the wall" and go lactic allowing me to train that little bit harder and longer. I was taking the Essential Vitamins and the Digest Ultra with meals to get the most out of my weights sessions and at night taking the Pro Biotic and Repair Ultra before bed which would let me back up training the next day.
After my 8 weeks I've never felt stronger in the boat or on the bike and my strength in the gym proves that. My dead lifts and squats are up by 40 and 30kg's respectively and my bench press and seated row up by 15 and 20kg's.
I'm so grateful to have found the Yor Health product range so early in my career and I can't wait to see how far I can take my performance.
