Después de completar mi primer reto y haber bajado casi 6 kilos, mi meta de ahora en adelante es bajar mi grasa y aumentar mi masa muscular.

He realizado rutinda de Gimnasio de Lunes a Viernes de 6:00 am a 7:10 am, 10 minutos de cardio y una hora de pesas.
En mi dieta he disminuido el consumo de harinas, grasas, y eliminé por completo el refresco.
