I started my 8 week challenge when my son was three months old and my daughter was 18 months old.
I had two pregnancies very close together (15 months) and my goal was to rebuild my core strength and get rid of the 'paunch' that had become my stomach. I didn't think it was possible as I had put on over 20kgs for each pregnancy.
During my 8 weeks we finished renovating a house and moved so it was a busy time which made eating 'healthy' at each meal quite difficult. We also had a stomach bug ravage our family so there were times when I felt like just giving up!
Each day I had a digestive ultra with lunch and dinner, around 3pm I had a mixture of super greens + fibre and each evening before bed I had a probiotic.
I tried my best to eat well, I stopped overloading my body with sugar (cooking chocolate was my weakness), but I certainly wasn't perfect. I kept a food diary for the first few weeks and you can see that I did my best but was certainly no angel when it came to food.
My early photos show my rounded shoulders and my paunchy gut, my after photos show me strong and lean which is exactly what I was hoping for. I have lost my desired weight plus a little extra which is terrific but I am more excited about the way I feel, energised, strong and healthy.
The other benefit that I have seen from taking the Yor products, the improvement in my 'adult acne'. For years I have suffered with acne and at 33, i was embarrassed and on occasions would decline an invitation to go out due to the condition of my skin.
I have not felt this good about my skin in years and years and years! Since pre-puberty!!!
I am going to head into another 8 week challenge and this time I am going to concentrate more on my exercise.
