I joined the 8 week challenge with my wife and have to say that I am happy with my progress given the amount of effort that I put into the challenge. I have lost approximately 4kgs. I have recently started a new office job and am not as physical as I am used to being. My work hours are uncompromising and I also have two young children, 3 months and 15 months old so it has been difficult for me to set aside time for exercise. I took a digestive ultra twice a day with my two largest meals, a probiotic before bed and a had a Yor Supergreens + Fibre drink each afternoon when I returned home from work. This regimen has ensured I have regular bowel movements, has provided me with energy and has reduced my need for snacking between work and dinner. All in all, I feel strong and am committed to another 8 week challenge which will focus on including exercise.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
