Before the challenge I had been taking Yor Health products for about a year inconsistently. I started taking the products everyday and really felt the benefits! Before the challenge I was getting sick all the time, had trouble digesting food, felt tired and run down and wasn't getting the results I wanted.

I used probiotics, supergreens, digest, fibre and essential vitamins everyday, while taking berry blast when i needed the extra boost of energy. Having the digest with every meal really helped me break down my food and prevented me from feeling sick and bloated with stomach pains after eating which had a massive impact on my life. Probiotics helped to build up my immunity while supergreens also gave me that boost of energy in the morning and throughout the day. During the challenge I kept my diet relatively clean however I treated myself when I felt like it and this didn't seem to impact my results at all.

I exercised about 5/6 times per week predominantly doing weights. Before the challenge I was intimidated by the weights section of the gym and felt as though I had no idea what I was doing. I luckily had an amazing group of friends who were also doing the challenge that trained with me and gave me support which really helped me get the results i had wanted for ages.

Since completing the challenge I feel so much more confident and happier with my body. My overall health has strengthened significantly and I have a lot more energy throughout the day. I'm feeling excited and inspired to continue to challenge myself and my body and keep seeing results.
