Hola mi nombre es armando fabian, tengo 30 años, mi peso al comenzar el reto de 8 semanas fue de 78.6 kg y lo termine con un peso actual de 75.4, baje 2 tallas gracias a la constancia de tomar dia a dia los probioticos al despertar, el RMP (malteada) con la fibra a las 9 am, el supergreen con el berryblast a las 11 am, el digest ultra en la comida y si tenía hambre en las noches me tomaba la malteada. Para tener mejores resultados agregue ejercicio por lo menos 3 veces a la semana. Entre al reto buscando salud, 9 años atras comenze con malos habitos alimenticios y algunos vicios que me trajeron problemas digestivos y por consecuencia conocí la colitis, gastritis e intestino perezoso. Hace dos años me propuse hacer ejercicio para desaparecer el exceso de panza sin encontrar buenos resultados por la inflamación interna.
