I was 210 pounds and 25.1% body fat when I started my challenge. I wasn’t happy with my physical appearance and was drinking and smoking a lot. I didn’t want to continue like that, I always had trouble breathing, felt like I was running out of oxygen, even on simple tasks, like: going up the stairs, bathing my dog, washing my car, I didn’t even washed my car anymore for the trouble I had. I got really upset when this happened but I wasn’t doing anything about it, instead I drank more and smoked more.

When my friends introduced me to the challenge, I was really determined to make it happen.
I took almost everything:

Almost immediately felt the difference. Had more energy during the day, therefore I did more things. Started going to the gym (at least 4 times a week) to do weight training and running more.
