Hi, so I've now finished my 8 week challenge and I must say that I am surprised when I look at my initial photos and my current photos and can actually see and massive difference.

But let's start a the beginning, so I'm a massive sporting person and have been since a kid. But prior to starting YoR health I had stopped a lot I sport and exercise due to the birth of my little girl.

Cutting out most of my running and fitness had a big effect on my physicality and I felt bad at where I had dropped to.

A friend introduced me to YoR health and I decided to give the challenge a go. (I had nothing to loose)

I started taking the probiotics and repair ultra in the mornings and then a MRP shake. then mid morning had YoR super greens with berry blast (which are both great) with lunch I would have a Vitamin and digest ultra. In the arvo I would have another MRP shake.
Later with dinner I would have another vitamin & digest ultra. Then before bed take a repair ultra.

Basically this was on repeat for the 6 weeks. Sometimes having another shake on training days when I was more hungry.

Also all of my meals were nice healthy fresh food. But this was never different to how I had previously eaten.

So my training started light and minimal to start as it had been a bit since I last did weights.
I gradually increased my training days along with the weight I was able to lift.

Unfortunately the last few weeks of the cycle was interrupted as I needed to go overseas to play touch football for Australia against New Zealand (we won ??) but I wasn't able to do any gym due to the travel involved. But still did plenty of cardio.

I was able to take over most of my YoR products - but not my MRP. So most of my routine stayed the same but for my added protein. (Hence why my previous statement only show 6 weeks not 8)

I made my goal to increase my body weight to 70kg. Unfortunately I didn't do this. However I would happily say that I made it all up in muscle as I didn't loose any weight.

I have been so glad to be introduced to YoR health and have had no problems recommending it to all my family and friends. And now I can show everyone my challenge results maybe many more will take the step to improve their health and lifestyle .
