Cuando inicie el reto pesaba 140 kgs y despues del reto de las 8 semanas he pesado 128 kgs, nunca crei que podia bajar 12 kgs porque solo me habia propuesto bajar 8 kgs, pero gracias a los productos de YOR lo logré, tomaba probioticos en ayunas, todos los dias la malteada en la mañana y en la noche, y en la tarde tomaba Digest Ultra con mis alimentos, por la tarde tomaba el Berry Blast.
