I started this cycle of the 8 Week Challenge weighing 117 pounds. The goal I set for myself was to gain lean muscle weight and get to 125 pounds which is a normal weight for my height. I'm ending the challenge at 116 pounds. I must say gaining weight for me personally has never been easy.
Also right before the start of this challenge I began eating clean and started a pescetarian diet. I did it for health reasons. I've suffered from very bad headaches for years and I wanted to find out more natural ways to lessen my headaches. Prior, I had been waking up everyday with the worst headaches ever. I am very happy to say that my headaches are no longer everyday and I haven't been waking up with them which is a HUGE deal for me!

I began doing at-home workouts a few days a week with a range of light cardio, strength training, and I started doing Yoga. I have definitely noticed that my body has become stronger.

I take my YOR Health Products every day!!
I have at least 2 YOR Shakes each day, at least 1 Supergreens, Essential Vitamins with my meals, YOR digest Ultra with my bigger meals, Repair Ultra at bedtime and rising, and Probiotics. I can't forget Berry Blast to give me energy during the day!!

With being consistent on the products as well as eating well, My energy levels throughout my days have been much higher than before this challenge.

I have learned a lot going through this cycle of the challenge. Being healthy is the most important thing for me. It is a lifestyle and I can't wait to test my limits and see where cycle 3 leads me!!!!
