Soy una persona que no tenía mucha consciencia con respecto a la salud. Había puesto la falta de tiempo como una excusa para descuidar mis hábitos alimenticios y mi falta de ejercicio. El YOR Best Body Challenge ha sido la excusa perfecta para poder hacer pequeños cambios que hacen grandes diferencias. Me propuse hacer poco ejercicio pero de una manera consistente, hice 6 veces a la semana rutinas de ejercicio de 12 minutos junto con el increíble apoyo nutricional que ofrece YOR Health.
