At the beginning of the challenge I weighed 138 pounds I was able to drop 4 lbs now weighing 134.
I started by taking a 1 repair, 1 probiotic and one serving of super greens in the morning. During the main meals I took one digest and 1 essential vitamin . I did for the most part eat healthy but maybe two to three times a week I would have some fast food. I took the Mrp about three times during the week after workout. Also I started taking the YOR super slim as directed on the label.

This challenge has had a great impact in my life because now I'm more aware of what to eat if I want to feel good and look healthy. Also I began going to the gym and realized how much more energy I have throughout the day with just a little bit of exercise.
