My before weight was 92kgs and my final weight was 96kgs.
I have always been an active person my whole life, but I always struggled to find that perfect nutrition. My before photo, was just after my surgery where I was not training for 16 weeks, I was really unhealthy throughout my recovery and was at the weakest I've been in the last 5 years. I turned to the YOR HEALTH product line and training 5 days a week through out my 8 week challenge and got to my final weight of 96kgs. I used every YOR HEALTH product, because I feel I'm at my optimum performance when using all the products.
I wake up to a super greens, fibre, berry blast and probiotic everyday. I have an MRP after I train and use the digestives enzymes, super slim and essential vitamins with every meal to gain optimum nutrition and I was training 5 days a week throughout my challenge.
I'm focusing on a professional golfing career and
after my accident, the surgeon told me that I had a 4 month recovery time, and therefore I had to pull out of a world amateur tournament in Malaysia.
