I started out on the 8 week challenge because I wanted to get bigger for rugby league, I didn't think it would happen. I started taking the products involved in the sculpt set and noticed a change within the first 3 days from the supergreens and the digest ultra. I took the berry blast while at the gym working out and I had 2 MRP shakes per day and a solid lunch and dinner while snacking. After a month I noticed I had gotten bigger and gained 7kg, happy and driven I pushed for the extra 3 I wanted. I can happily say over the 8 week challenge I have gained 9kg which is very exciting because I've stayed at 54 kg for nearly 10 years so I can't wait for next season, 1 more 8 week challenge and I'll be good for footy :-)
