Before YOR health I was going to the gym heaps but not getting any results. I was always tired and I had a lot of acidity in my tummy.
Since using YOR health I've had a lot more energy and have been waking up at 4.30am to go to the gym in the mornings!
I take the probiotics, muscle repair and vitamins each morning along with the MRP shake (mixed with the berry blast and YOR fibre).
