I started YOR health to tone up as I didn't have much weight to lose. I used the super greens and berry blast in the morning as my morning pick me up then took the course of vitamins and digest ultra with 2 meals during the day. I used the MRP as a snack and also after each workout. My starting weight was 45kg and my finishing weight is now 44kg as I said I was not trying to lose weight just to tone up.
