What an awesome journey I have been on! Eight weeks ago I started using the Yor health products and I have felt great ever since. I started out weighing 275 and after 8 weeks I now weigh 258.
I started each day with taking a probiotic. Then I would have a delicious shake for breakfast. My breakfast shake would include the MRP, super greens, fiber and a berry blast. A couple hours later I would have fruits and or veggies for a snack. Then for lunch, I would eat a healthy meal. Snack again a few hours later. And a MRP shake for dinner. After each meal I would take vitamins. And finish off the day by taking a Yor repair.
My exercise would consist of going for walks, swimming or light workouts. Usually for 30 minutes to an hour each time and at least 3 times a week.
This best thing thing About this journey is how easy it has been. I have never been able to continue a diet for more than two weeks. But Yor health has given my body everything it needs to feel great and not crave the unhealthy things I used to.
I plan to continue my journey with Yor health until I have lost over 100 pounds. Thank you Yor health for helping me get my best body :)
