Over the course of the year i fell off track with training and eating so i decided to sign up for another challenge and although i didn't hit the gym as hard as i usually do, i still managed to see the results, and thats just how amazing the Yor health products are.

What kept me in good health throughout these 8 weeks was waking up every morning to a superblast followed by eating guidelines which i had about 4-6 meals throughout the day. For my 3 main meals i would take two vitamins and 1 digest ultra so i can break down the food and get the vitamins and minerals my body needs. And to top off the day i would take 2 repair ultras and 1 probiotic before bed and i would wake up feeling fresh.

I exercised around 2 sometimes 3 times a week, just to keep myself active. And for what i achieved, I’m happy with the results because i still managed to trim weight and gain muscle. Certainly a test to see how powerful these products are.
