This challenge marks another one completed but this time I took a different approach!

I have recently made it into the final cut of a woman's state gridiron team, but one thing I noticed even though I still had really great strength and my speed and agility I was still one of the smallest on the team. My size being something I can't change I new I had to improve my power and add more muscle if I wanted to be a real key player, whilst at the same time maintaining a lean look

I new I couldn't cut down to much weight as I need my weight and strength to get past these bigger girls but I still wanted to maintain enough leanness to still have that self confidence in my body which a year from now I had absolutely none these challenges have taught me to love myself like no other and my confidence has never been so high in all aspects of my life!

The products I used daily were, super greens berry blast and fibre in a shake in the morning with two vitamins with my breakfast and right before bed I would have 2 repair ultras and a probiotic, I would also have an extra super greens and Berry blast on the days I had extra trainings! As well as MRP when I felt I need one when I was in a rush or after my gym workout

I was training American football 3x a week and in the gym 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule. The weeks I hardly got to the gym I found I maintained my strength really well and still continued to improve!

This challenged has really allowed me to build a lot more strength then I could allowing me to excel in gridiron I sport i never even imagined myself doing let alone playing for a big team! It has prepared me for my upcoming season in which I can't wait to show everyone just how far I've come
This challenge, these products really have changed my life and what I've been able to achieve! Couldn't imagine not waking up to a super blast gets me jumping out of bed every morning :):)
