Well here ends my first 8 week YOR Best Body Challenge.. And I can say that I can't wait to start my next !
I'm constantly in the gym or exercising, I love weight training. But I found I could never get my shoulders to grow or my abs to show, I eat a balanced diet, I'm not too strict or too lenient but if I want it I'll have it and train like crazy 5-6 times a week. With YOR health supplements I found I was always lighter, less bloated and had a clear mind ! My shoulders have grown substantially, as have my legs, and my abs are more visible throughout the whole day. My weight has stayed the same during the challenge but the visible evidence of muscular gains are there !
I found I obtained optimal results using the fibre, digestives and probiotic supplements, I could eat pizza with my mates and not feel bloated and guilty afterwards. I would always start my day off with super greens and a berry blast to get that 'feel-good' start to the day, and it worked everytime ! My first sculpt set also came with the vitamin supplement and my skin is so healthy and clear I don't wear makeup anymore and feel completely comfortable without it !
During my 8 weeks I completed most of my personal training qualifications and am determined to make my clients healthy inside and out. I couldn't see myself without them now I've started, it's like the gym, my little healthy addiction and I can't wait to share it !!
