Cada dia en la mañana tomo una capsula de probiotics y otra de repair despues me voy a la zumba y al regresar me tomo el mrp y el berry blast con dos capsulas de vitaminas, mas tarde me tomo el super greens a medio dia como normalmente con una capsula de digest ultra y en la noche otra vez vuelvo a consumir mi mrp.
