Je me suis inscrite au Best Body Challenge avec un poids de 55.9.
Mon but est d avoir plus d endurance de muscler mon dos les bras les fesses. Aussi affiner les hanches et ventre.
J ai fait chaque 2 a 3 jours 20 a 30 min chez moi.
Avec une alimentation equilibree sans produits laitiers et sans sucres raffines.(me suis autorisee a manger 1 dessert sucre 1 x dans le week)
Exercices abdo sur le dos les jambes qui descendent lentement 25 x
les bras : 2 bouteilles de 33 cl difficile pr moi vu que j ai moins de force a cause de ma maladie la fibromyalgie
les epaules 30 x retirer les bras derriere
les fesses 20 x la jambe tendue derriere avec les bras tenus au mur
les hanches 20 x de chaque cote.
Mon poids final est de 55.5 avec plus d endurance et plus de muscles et affinement.
