Buen día a todos, el día de hoy 04/11/14 se cumplen los dos meses de mi reto en el cual competí conmigo mismo y les digo que hoy me siento muy contento de lo que he logrado.
De pantalón talla 34 ahora soy 32 y de camisas talla ¨G¨pase a ser ¨M¨.
Estoy agradecido con Lucy quien trajo a Yor Health a mi vida para cambiarla por completo y que a diario me ha motivado para lograr este objetivo.
