In the second phase of my challenge, my goal was to add muscle mass. It's always been hard for me to add the right kind of weight because of my busy work schedule. I would always miss meals and only took supplements that were filled with syrups to hide the taste post work out. So I always gained the "wrong kind of weight" despite working out.
With the regimen I used (please see the following, I was able to achieve my target weight 4 weeks in to this cycle.

I would go to the gym with my friends 5 days out of the week for about 1.5 hours for heavy weight training. Cardio when I had time based on my work schedule.
I LOVEEEEE the 8 week challenge because it has made more disciplined in executing a more healthy and fit lifestyle. The challenge definitely has changed the way I view fitness and health because of the way it has impacted the way i look and feel. What excites me the most about is is the way it has influenced so many in my life to commit to a healthier lifestyle making it easier for me to get to my goals.
