This was my 2nd challenge and I entered this immediately following my last one and I took this one on with a super positive focus and the most structured nutrition plan I can honestly say I've ever taken on .
This challenge I think is such a positive and wonderful thing I think everyone should be attempting it cause not only are they giving their bodies the nutrition that they probably have never had but it also helps to create new habits and behaviors that they can take into the rest of their lives.
Well done Yorhealth for providing such a resource that can have everyone on the right path to their health !!!!
