Hey guys,
So I started my eight week challenge using MRP, Supergreens, Berrie blast, Fiber, Digest ultra, Pro biotics, Vitamins, Repair ultra.
For the last 2 weeks I added super slim to cut up and found I was getting great results.
I have been using most products prior to the eight week challenge but found the MRP to make a big difference again in my energy levels, and recovery. Also made a huge difference in curbing those sugar craving during the day and at night. If I would rep[lace a meal with MRP I would find myself not getting hungry for about three hours.

I was already having great energy boosts and recovery prior to my eight week challenge but adding those extras was very noticeable again on top of my improvements from before my eight week challenge.

I have found that I no longer need to drink coffee on a daily basis as my energy levels are higher than usual.

My Endurance and stamina in the gym and whilst doing cardio has probably doubled giving me longer lasting workouts and more intense runs.

All in all I did not reach my goal of 81 lean but I do look and feel better than I did when I started my challenge.
