My Name is Kylie and this is my challenge story. 8 weeks ago I started this Yor health challenge my focus was just to get to the end and lose some weight and fix my liver problems but little did I know this challenge would actually change my life.
I smoked at least 15 smokes a day and thought exercise was walking to the shops 5 mins down the street. I was miserable and had such a can’t do attitude towards life my diet consisted of high carbs, sugar and Pepsi Max or some days just not eating at all. I was pretty much painting a smile on my face and just existing though life but no really living.
Then by pure chance I mentioned my liver and weight issues to this amazing person who took me under his wing and said I have the perfect thing for you and yes that was the Yor health 8 week best body challenge. So I went and listened to some really positive people and thought what have I got to lose let’s give it a go.
I can now say that I haven’t had a smoke in 8 weeks and my lifestyle and attitude has completely changed to the point I am now jumping out of bed and embracing life every morning. Enjoy doing about 5 boot camps a week and run most mornings. My body and my confidence has completely changed.
I cannot really put into words how much this has changed my life. What initially seemed impossible to me has now become a reality.
It was hard work and a lot of determination but I can honestly say it was WORTH every minute.
In total I lost 4.7kgs, but gained so much more. Thank you Yor Health for changing my life.
