Tenia años haciendo ejercicio me gusta correr al aire libre, sin embargo en abril tuve una lesión y eso hizo que dejara de hacerlo entonces empece a subir de peso, llegue a subir 6 kilos en 3 meses y el porcentaje de grasa estaba arriba de lo normal.
