Yo me llamo Blanca Rosa Lugo García, entre al reto de 8 semanas de Yor health, pesaba 110 kilogramos, mi reto era bajar de peso de 10 a 12 kilos, hoy peso 100 kilogramos, cumplí mi primer reto y espero bajar mas!

Yo seguí las indicaciones de la dieta totalmente, me tome: probioticos, repair, antes de la malteada con fibra, a medio día dos digest, comía comida nutritiva como pollo, carne y ensalada, dos vitaminas en la mañana y dos en la noche, y el berry a media mañana, el green en la tarde y la cena malteada con fibra.
