My 8 weeks is already up and I am excited to look back on my past photos and begin to see the change in my body i have been looking for. Prior to this challenge i was under 160, usually getting out of the gym around 155. I am now 170 and have set personal records in bench, squat, and hang clean as well as the mile and 5k. Prior to the challenge/products i was oblivious to the impact that nutrition has on our health. It sounds silly but it was very true, i was completely in denial/ unaware of what I was really doing to my body when I overwhelmed it with drugs and alcohol. Before i began taking the suppergreens and probiotics i often had painful break out all over my body that would flare up during stressful times or after a "long night". I thought something was wrong with me but it was not me. It was what was around me and the poor choices of what i decided to put inside me. The products have really inspired me to be my best me. It has assisted me in seeing what my body is capable of both mentally and physically. I have been taking 1 suppergreen pre work out and 1 MRP post work out per day. I have gained 10-15 pounds depending on how much water im holding, and have been working out 5 times a week. My focus has been a balance of power lifting, yoga, and intense cardio.
