Before I started my 8 week Challenge I weighed 92.7kgs, I am now weighing at 87.2kgs which has been my lowest weight in over four years. During my challenge I used yor health MPR, I used this product once a day for breakfast, I used Berry Blast twice a day as well as the super-greens once a day. Other products I used towards the end of my challenge were opti-amped which has the same effect as the berry blast, and pharma-whey to help with the in-between meals on my busy days. I also took yor digest ultra, daily, yor probiotics ultra, daily and yor repair ultra, daily. I exercised every day once to twice a day for the whole 8 weeks.
This challenge was a motivation turning point for myself, for so long i had been wanting to make a better change and improve my health and for so long I had been stopping myself. Doing the Yor health 8 week challenge with the support of my family and friends was the best decision that I had made. Family and friends have notice the change, have noticed that I am more happier and more energetic. This challenge has shown myself that I can do this again, that I can make the change to better my health and myself, that I am not in this alone!
