Hello fellow YOR Health challenges,
I have just finished the 8 week challenge and I could not be any happier with my results. Even though I did not reach my final goal I know I will get there eventually continuing on with how I am going now. In this 8 weeks I have managed to drop 3.5kg and 6% body fat whisk is such an amazing achievement. I have never felt better and I have YOR Health and consistent 3 x a week training to thank for that.
Every morning I would wake up and have a YOR probiotic and YOR repair ultra tablet followed by a shake consisting of 2 scoops of YOR chocolate shake, 2 scoops of fiber plus, 1 scoop of supergreens and a sachet of berry blast. Doing this gave me so much energy throughout my day and as a working mother of a one year old I use to get very fatigued trying to work and be a mother at the same time!
I would take the essential vitamins and the digest ultra tablets with every meal and I could definitely feel the difference it made with my digestion. With healthy eating and taking these supplements I have gained more energy and my training has excelled more then I could ever imagine. I am even sleeping better and not getting so grumpy in the mornings as my son wakes up at 5am every day!
