So my 8 week challenge was faced immediately with a curve ball! My physiotherapist inforced a restriction of no lifting any weights until we had successfully reseted my legs and strengthen up my lower back.

(I've been seeing a psychotherapist for 4 months now to help fix my shoulder, the two bulging disks my lower back and stability for my crushed foot (childhood injury))

So for the past 8 weeks I have been doing a ton of core work, stability exercises, and Calisthenics training.

My strength has gone up and my energy levels are through the roof. I've always had a healthy lifestyle (minus drinking) so the digestive tablets and essential vitamins have been helping out heaps!

I've been using everything in the sculpt pack and love it! Also a big win was my sleeping patterns. Every since my tour of Afghanistan and during, my sleep was servely effected. I was operating on an average a day of 2 hrs sleep up till 4 months ago where it increased to 5 hours of broken sleep. I am no getting has of the previous 2 weeks a whooping 5 hours of good sleep.

So not only has my core and mental strength increased tenfold. I have fully reseted my legs and lower back that Monday this week my psychotherapist said o am allowed to start picking up weights again and building that muscle. Starting my new 8 week challenge today!!!!
