I started Cycle 2 of my 8 Week Challenge weighing 143 and had a goal weight loss of 8lbs to end at 135. I ended my Challenge at 137... So I just missed the mark! But after this Challenge, I am still so proud of myself and know some of the adjustments and goals that I want to make for my next Challenge, because it doesn't stop here! I see a positive change in my before and after photos and nothing can describe how I feel about the changes I've been making! A normal day for me always starts with a shake mixed with water, greens with fiber and about 4oz juice and 4oz water. Add a vitamin an complete burn to that and it's a perfect morning! I have a mid-morning snack and a healthy lunch with a digest ultra and another vitamin. I have an afternoon snack to gear up for my evening work out, which happens 4-6 times a week. I started doing interval training 2-4 days a week and can tell my endurance and cardiovascular health is improving! 2 days a week I work out with a personal trainer who helps me keep on task an has been helping me building muscle. I've noticed a difference in my tone and definition and am so excited to see the changes. I have a shake after my work out and then a light dinner. I end the night with 2 repair ultra and a probiotic ultra! The difference the products have made in my life are remarkable. I know I have the right tools with diet and exercise that these products keep my body in the healthy state it needs to be in to continue to improve. I love the products, the 8 Week Challenge and the new and improved me!
