I'm extremely grateful to the challenge because it has made me a more active, healthier person. Since joining the challenge, I find myself constantly looking for ways to better grocery shop, improve my workouts, and watch what I eat more when I eat out. During this challenge, I still worked out 5-6 times a week, but I ran a lot more. I used to hate running because it was so difficult, but started when I first joined the challenge. Now I'm participating in 5ks! During this challenge, I also explored new ways to stay active. I took up boxing!

Outside of fitness, MRP and digestive enzymes were my best friends. Working in a fast paced restaurant, the MRP was perfect for days I didn't get a chance to sit and eat a meal, and the digest ultra helped me keep from bloating from my bigger meals. I shot to take at least 1 MRP five days out of the week.

I'm excited about entering again because of the good habits this challenge leads me into creating, and the healthier, more confident, person it makes me.
