Before starting this challenge I weighed in at 71kgs,my goal at the end of the challenge was to be 65kgs and although I am yet to reach that, I have hit 67kg and feel AMAZING!

Every morning I start my day with YOR supergreens, YOR berry blast and YOR fibre in a drink, I honestly can't imagine starting my day any other way! I also take 2 YOR essential vitamins (and now that they are available in Australia) 2 YOR super slim. The YOR super slim have become one of my fav products because not only have they curbed my appetite but they have boosted my energy levels and helped me to perform better at trainings! The YOR repair has continued to assist me with long standing injuries that had seen me have to avoid running and all high impact activities but I am now back training and running 5kms pain FREE!!!!!

Having 2 toddlers my days can be crazy busy, so having the YOR meal replacement on hand has assisted me to avoid fast food, by being easily made up on the go, and with a shot of coffee (or 2!) the vanilla makes a low fat and delicious alternative to an iced coffee!

Every evening with the first bite of my evening meal I take a YOR ultra digest, this product amazes me the most! How something so little can work so much magic astounds me!

Last and by no means least I take a YOR Probiotic every night before bed.

During this challenge I have regained the confidence to start training in new environments and with new trainers. I am currently training with a Muay Thai boxing club and love that I now have the energy, stamina and CONFIDENCE to be able to do this!

Since starting this challenge I have really started to notice my muscle definition but the biggest change has been that of my peers, they see the results I get from YOR Health and they want to feel the same! I now have 16 friends who have committed to an 8 week challenge and with the help of my trainers they too are all participating in activities they would never have dreamed of.
