Since leaving school and having to give up swimming due to chronic fatigue I put on a lot of weight and have struggled to shift it ever since. Like most people I have tried numerous diet and exercise fads and while they would work for the first week or 2 I could never stick to them.
So by entering the challenge and taking all of the products I have had the energy and motivation to go to the gym and have had some great results. I haven't looked this toned in a very long time and I am super excited to finish this challenge and move straight into another one. I am feeling fantastic, I no longer have digestive issues and most importantly I no longer crave the foods that I know are bad for me. One of the things I have really enjoyed about the challenge is being able to do it with friends and family. It's such a great way to keep each other motivated and provide support.
I had started an 8 week challenge before but never finished it, so this time I really wanted to commit to get fit and finish the challenge and finishing it feels great! I am fitting into the clothes I have kept hidden at the back of my wardrobe which is an amazing feeling. Bring on the next 8 week challenge!
