Pesaba 156 libras el dia que me tomé las primeras fotos, sin embargo ya había bajado mas de 10kg utilizando los productos de Yor. Actualmente al dia de hoy sabado 4 de mayo pese 147 libras! Me pasé de mi meta!

Esta vez decidí poner a prueba toda la tecnología que hay detrás de nuestros productos, por lo que no moví un dedo para hacer algo de ejercicio!

Tomo 1 reparador y 1 probiotico en ayunas posterior un Yor Shake con fibra y Super Greens, después 2 vitaminas a media mañana, enzimas digestivas al medio día con comida regular (sin restricciones) otras 2 vitaminas a media tarde y cené por lo menos 3 noches a la semana otro Yor Shake.

Repito no hice nada de ejercicio! Eso eso para el siguiente ciclo del reto!
