Well today is D day. I began this challenge at 97.8kg and my finish weight is 94.4kg and 50cm off my body overall. Although I was wanting to lose slightly more I am still happy with my results. I have lost back fat rolls, my arms don't stick out as the used, my legs don't rub together and the photos don't show just how much smaller my stomach is now.
I have learnt a lot through this journey that small changes are the best. I have battled with my weight for 16 years. this experience has shown me that I need to be nice to myself, I need to be honest with myself and others around me, exercise makes me feel better, food is only fuel, I can eat all things as long as everything is moderation and to be accountable for my actions everyday!
I have used three products in my journey so far. Super greens, berry blast and the chocolate meal replacement. It took me a while to adjust to the super green taste, I loved the affect but the taste made me have to block my nose. So being a busy mum with young children, I decided to mix the berry blast with the super greens and use it for morning and afternoon tea with a small snack. It gives me the energy I need to get through the day, the veggie rush I desire and really enjoy the taste. I have on average used the meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch five days a week. I really enjoy the chocolate flavour, I have tried a lot of other shakes that do not fill me as the Yor health product does and they often have a terrible after taste that Yor health doesn't. I look forward to my shakes it's a must for me to have them cold on ice, just yum! It is so easy for me to prepare and I can take it on the run easily. I am about to begin on the multi vitamin tomorrow.
I have incorporated exercise on average, five days a week about forty minutes a session. I need this to be a lifestyle for me not just an eight week challenge, so I have done everything from walking, running, swimming, yoga bike riding and most of all jumping on the trampoline. I want to do something I enjoy and I have tried to incorporate as much movement my into my life as I can.
I cannot thank one of my biggest supporters my Yor health representative. She has given me my life back by suggesting this eight week challenge to me. Just another way to be accountable. She has given me product advice, help with an exercise, continued support and a idol to look to as she herself has achieved so much in her own journey. I have no doubt this eight week challenge has not only changed my life but indeed, began my new one. I now feel happier, healthier, fitter and with a new can do attitude to life for not only me but for my family as well.

Thank you Yor Health, thank you A Skinner for a healthier me xo

*The testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials are provided by customers who have used at least one YOR Health product. Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. YOR Health does not make any claim that such experiences are typical or are indicative of future performance or success of using one of their products.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
